My Inspiration
While sketching this lamp, I had many similar lamps in mind. However, there was always something missing.
I wanted a simple shape composed of wood and iron. By using some elements of blacksmith art I broke off lamp’s rigidity. I connected the lamp shade with the forged framework to make it a whole. The cherry wood base is decorated with forged elements which continue up onto the lamp stand.
